Window Views Part One

 Hello Everyone

Wanted to share more of the cards I have been working on for months.  Most of them went to my BFFs and I kept a few.  This is a collection of cards featuring a window view. I used one stamp and die set and varied how I stamped the images on the cardstock and how the die cuts were used.

Stamp and Die set: Welcoming Window from Stampin' Up

A brick wall dry embossing folder was used on the first two cards.

This was inspired by a card on the Stampin Up web site. And is nice and simple and so sweet for a friend.

I hate to repeat myself but, the cards were really fun to make, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.  My BFFs loved them too.   See you next time with more of the window scene cards.

Garden Gate Scenes

 Hello Everyone

Wanted to share more of the cards I have been working on for months.  Most of them went to my BFFs and I kept a few.  This is a collection of cards featuring a garden scene. I used one stamp set and varied how I stamped the images on the cardstock.  I used lots of different colors and just kept stamping and stamping.

Stamp and Die set: Grace's Garden from Stampin' Up

All cards are colored with watercolor markers.

Cards 1 - 3 are all stamped directly on the white cardstock.  I used a mask to stamp the fence behind the flowers.

On the 4th card I die cut the gate and all the flowers.  I created a background with green cs for the ground and blue for the sky.

I do have a few more of the garden scene cards which I will post next time.  Hope you are enjoying the cards and that they evoke feelings of Spring.

Floral with Die Cut Backgound

Hello Everyone

Today I would like to share more of the cards I have been making lately.  The cards showcase a floral image added to a die cut background.  I am afraid I really got carried away making this design.  I just wanted to see how it looked in every color.  LOL.  But the upside is that I ended up with lots of beautiful cards.

Floral stamp, Beautifully Happy, is from Stampin' Up

Pink Tulle was added as an embellishment on most of the cards.

Die cut is from Sizzix

Looks great in any color.  I took inspiration from a design I saw on a Stampin' Up blog.  I changed it a bit with the addition of the tulle and a different die cut.

I think the cards could even be used for a wedding celebration.  I will add sentiments to the cards I keep for myself as I need them. The rest of the cards will go to my BFFs.

So happy you stopped by today.  I will be back next time with another set of cards made with this same stamp and a different background.

Hope you are having a lovely day!!

Ladybug Parade Part Two

Hello Everyone,

Back today with the second installment of Ladybug Parade. I made lots of fun cards with this stamp set.

Stamp and Punch set: Hello Ladybug from Stampin' Up

Various die cut

I used lots of different layouts for the cards and used different background treatments.

Layers of die cuts were used for the backgrounds on the first card.

Woodgrain paper was used here for the background.

A large, punched flower were used for the background here.

So glad you stopped by today.  Hope to see you again soon. I will probably have more spring themed cards. I can't seem to get my mind on anything other than spring thoughts. I do have some floral cards that I may post. See you then.

Lady Bug Parade Part One

 Hello Everyone,

I do seem to be stuck on a spring theme.  Today I have a group of cards I made with a ladybug stamp set.

Stamp and Punch set: Hello Ladybug from Stampin' Up

Various die cuts

On the first card, I stamped a small flower over a striped decorative paper for a pretty background. The wings were punched from glitter paper.

The background here is dry embossed and highlighted with a tan ink.

Glad you stopped by today.  Check back for more of the ladybug parade in the next post. Hope your day is filled with good things.

Die Cuts from My Favorite Things, Spellbinders, Stampin Up

Glitter Glue

Red Ribbon

Inside of all cards.

Will be sending all of the cards out as soon as possible. Not to long before Christmas will be here. Do have all my gift shopping done. Hope your Holidays are super lovely.

Vases, Vases, and More Vases Part One

 Hello Crafty Friends,

This is a collection of cards I made using a Stampin' Up stamp set and punch.   There is a lot of scope with this set.  You can stamp the vase and punch out or punch the vase from decorative papers for another look.  I made lots of the cards and most of them went in three packages of cards I made for friends who needed cards to send. Most of my cards seem to end up with others LOL. I love making them and giving them.

Thanks so much for popping in today.  I will share the rest of my Vase cards in the next post.  Hope you are having a lovely day.
