More Possibilities - Post 2

Hi Friends!
Back with more cards I made using one stack of paper.  In my earlier post, I shared the swan cards. The cards we are looking at today utilized a sheet of images that came in the stack.  I pretty much just cut them into the size I wanted and added coordinating papers-from the same stack.  I was challenging myself to see what I could come up with using just the one stack.
Here is the group shot of all the cards.  (I will be back with more close ups of the others in the next post.)

On the two cards below, I added some stamping and punched shapes. But,  the dotted paper is from the stack.

In the next post, we will look at the floral cards.  Just goes to show that you don't need hundreds of decorative paper stacks to make great cards.  I keep telling myself that everyday.  LOL.  See you next time!!

Anniversary Cards -Post 1

Hello Everyone,
Today I am sharing a few anniversary cards I made from a decorative paper stack.  This lovely swan themed paper made great anniversary cards.  I only had to cut the paper to size and add a few embellishments.  I stamped the word congratulations with a gold ink.

Here is a close look at one of the cards.

Check out more of the cards I made from the same stack.

I will share more of the close up photos in the next post.  Really is fun to see what you can come up with using just one stack.  I still have lots of sheets left to work with.  How fun is that??  Lots!!
See you next time with part two of this post.

Easy Card Layout Using Strips of DP

Hello All!
Here I am back again with the card I mentioned that used strips cut from decorative paper.  This is really a great card for using up the smallest sliver of paper.  We all just hate to throw away beautiful paper--don't we?   I added ribbon, rick rack, buttons, silk flowers, and washi tape to each of the cards.

Here is a closer look at an adorable baby card I made using this layout.

Another fun way to make super pretty cards using your scraps.  Hope you are having a great day.  I will see you next time with cards for an anniversary.  See you soon!!

Simple Card Layout Part 2

Hello Dreamers!
Back today with Part 2 of the Simple Layout card posts.  See part 1 here.  This is one of those layout that I use again and again.  Here are more samples of the cards I made.  Small die cut shapes were added to each card and a little bling. And, of course some ribbon.

Aren't these fun!??  I really enjoy the process of picking all the papers to coordinate with each other.  Have a super day and I will be back next time with a layout that uses lots of narrow strips cut from decorative papers.  See you soon.

Simple Card Layout

Hello Everyone,
Been busy working in the yard getting new plants in and seeding the vegetables.  All is coming along nicely.
Today, I have a simple layout that really is one of my favorites.  I use it again and again.  This layout is also great for using all your scraps.  And, only requires cutting two pieces of decorative paper. Which are then glued to a card base.

I made quite a few cards and I will break the photos up into two posts.

A pretty birthday card:

This layout also makes a lovely sympathy card.  I added a die cut flower and a pretty ribbon to complete the card.

Check back later for more of this layout! See you then.  Hope your day is great.
