Boy On Swing Easel Card

Hello All,
Hope you are having a great day!  Celebrating my birthday today by sharing this  fun birthday card I made for a sweet little 2 year old.  I used an easel format to make this super fun card.  Can you guess the birthday girl's favorite color??  Yep, purple.  So, lots of purple it is!! And, her grandma told me she is crazy about boys (lol).  Hence the little boy.

Washi Tape Background with Bird Die Cut

Hello Everyone!!
Had a bit of a break from the old blog.  I did continue to makes lots of cards, work in the garden, and get some sewing done.  Today, I would like to share this idea for using all that lovely Washi Tape we all have in our stashes.  I added strips of the tape to Kraft CS to create a really interesting background (I did use a green-yellow CS for one of the cards).  I die cut a few birds to populate my Washi world.  The cards went together fairly quickly and were quite fun to make.  The funnest part was picking the tapes for each piece.

On this card I did use a green-yellow CS for my Washi Tape base.

So glad you stop by today!  See you again next time with more card making fun.
