Santa with Sleigh Christmas Cards

 Hello Everyone,

Finished making my Christmas cards for this year.  Only made thirteen cards this year.  I am ashamed to say I bought some ready make cards to send this year as well. Just ran out of time. But, I wanted to share the cute Santa card I did make.

I used the same layout for all the cards.  I varied the paper selections.  I added red or sliver glitter glue for a bit of sparkle.

Cute Animal Parade Part Two

I added crowns to some of the animals because my friend said her grandchildren were into fairy tales and princesses.

Cute First Birthday Card

 Hello Everyone,

I am back after a little blogging break.  I have been expending all my energy working in the yard and garden.  After working, I am worn out and don't feel like doing too much else.  LOL But I did still take time to make a few cards.  Today, I would like to share a cute first birthday card.  

Animal stamps and dies: My Favorite Things

I started with a white cs background and colored it with distress ink. The animals were stamped with dye ink and colored with copic markers.

I turned the sketch and used straight lines instead of waves.  My "sun" is a balloon.

Will be back to posting regularly now.  I have had to slow down with the gardening and landscape type work.  I strained every muscle in my abdomen and have had to cut down to one hour at a time.  I don't get very much done, but enough for now.  It's always something, isn't it?? lol, Hope you have a lovely day.

Valentines Cards

 Hello everyone!

Wanted to share more of the Valentines that I made this year.  They are cute and kid friendly.  Although I did make them for adults.

The cute little girl is from My Favorite Things.  The owl is a sticker. Images colored with Copic markers.  I even colored the owl sticker with Copics to change the colors of some of the owl parts. 

My next post with have more Valentines that I made for the guys.  They have a truck on them.  What's not to love!

Coffee Loving Blog Hop

 Hello Everyone,

Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog is having a Coffee lover's blog hop!  Lots of super cute inspiration for all us coffee loving cardmakers.  

I combined the coffee theme with another of my favorite stamp themes: owls!  I made a whole stack of owl coffee cards that I will be sharing  through out the hop.  

The owl stamp is from "Sweater Weather" from My Favorite Things.  The sentiment is from Echo Park.  I fussy cut the owls and layered them onto a die cut coffee cup.  I added a pretty coral colored ribbon.

Nutty Squirrel

 Hello Everyone,

Today's card is a bit squirrelly. Made this cute card with stamps from My Favorite Things.  This set is called "Squirrel".  Very cute.  I also used the sketch from the challenge #531

The image is colored with copic markers.  I also used some pretty papers and ribbon to complete the card. 

I added one of the cute  and funny sentiments on the inside of the card.  Also added another little squirrel.

Bunny Love

 Hello Everyone,

Had a chance to try out some new products.  I picked up the cutest animal set from My Favorite Things. The stamp set is called "Hooray Kind of Day".  And, there is a matching die set too.

The cute bunny was perfect for a Valentine's Day card.  I also used the Sketch from their latest challenge!

The second card uses the same layout, but is for a birthday.

Girly Birthday Card with Ice Cream

Hello Everyone,
I am continuing my Girly Birthday cards today with some "sweet" cards.  The cards feature a cute little girl with an ice cream cone.  What could be sweeter.  Hmmm...Ice cream....that sounds really good.  Oh, was distracted for a minute there. Back to the cards.  LOL

Stamp is from My Favorite Things.
I stamped two on heavy white card stock and one  ( the last card below) on watercolor paper with Archival ink and watercolored the image on all the cards.  I used several oh so pretty decorative papers on each card.

I used a die to cut out the images and added a pretty ribbon tied at the bottom under each stamped image.

Really had the girly mojo going with these cards.  Perfect for any age.  I have sent these to a friend to send out.  I kept one for myself.  I know plenty of girly girls who love one of the cards for their birthday.

Birthday for Girls

Hello Everyone,
Today, I am sharing two girlie birthday cards.  The main image is from My Favorite Things.  The images were colored with Copic markers.

The first card is embellished with some purchased felt flowers I had in my stash.  The sentiment is from My Sentiments Exactly.

Second Version: Embellished with rick rack on a background of two different
decorative papers.
