I'm going vintage again! Just love it and can't help myself. I have a vintage project today that stresses distressing. LOL. I used an arch template to cut the tag. I stamped and stamped on it and then rubbed it with gold Perfect Pearls. I used two different stamps under the Lady stamp. I layered CS and lots of lace. I added s0me hardware and pearls. Take a look.

I did lots of detail shots in an effort to capture the sparkle of the Perfect Peals. I hope you can see the shimmer.
