Hello Dreamer's!
I am having a sewing themed blow out here on the Dreamer's blog today. I have oodles of ATC's to share with you. I used the stamp Dress Stand from American Art Stamps.
ATC's (Artist Trading Cards are 2 1/2" x 3 1/2") are great for using all the left overs from larger projects. I sure don't like to throw out any part of all those cool backgrounds I make. Even the little bits are great for ATC's. The first three are made with backgrounds created by putting ink on a Craft Sheet, spritzing with water, and pressing and twisting around the Cs into the inks. I stamped the image directly onto the backgrounds. I just got carried away stamping this stamp. I could not stop my self and made 12 projects!! LOL-Oh what fun!! I will use these as business cards.
The next two ATC backgrounds were made using the Crafters Workshop Templates and spray inks. This is one of my favorite techniques and you can check out my tutorial at The Scrapbook News and Review magazine. Or, on my blog here.
I used scraps of CS, ribbon, and lace for all the ATC's. And, just had fun!!
Challenges for Dress Dummy ATC's:
Simon Says Stamp; ATC"s or tags
Simon Says stamp and Show: layers.---I layered inks and spray, fibers and CS.
Let's Ink It Up: all girly
Sir Stampalot: what is your craft passion-I love creating one of a kind backgrounds for my projects
ATC with attitude: anything goes
Stay tuned for more ATC's and some mini note cards all using this same image. I think I will break this down into three posts. I hope you are having a great day!! Love ya.
Karen
