Hello Everyone!
Back today with a few more cards I made using my stash of those 3-D stickers. I paired them with pretty papers using them as the focal point.
Added some fun fibers to complete the projects. See you next time!!

Using 3-D Stickers on Cards
Hello Dreamers!
Hope your weekend is going well. Lots of rain in my little corner of the world. I have a ton of bulbs to plant in my yard. Hoping for a nice day tomorrow. Stayed in doors today and did a bit of sewing. I am making a tunic length blouse. Maybe I will share that with you?? Interested in that??
Any way... I made several cards using all those 3-D stickers I have in my stash. I know you have a bunch too...right?? I think they are a little hard to use. You think when you are buying them that they are embellishments. But, I find that I have to design a card around them. So, here are a few I put together.
I also find that I don't trust that adhesive on the back. I always add a good wet glue to the back.
I will be back with a few more cards using my 3- D stickers later in the week. See you soon.

Vintage Baby Carriage in Pink
Hello Crafty Friends!
Have a vintage baby card today! I made this for family members who are expecting a little girl. I also sent a crocheted afghan and sweater. Nice and snuggely for baby.
I also added lots of decoration to the envelop. The card went inside a package, so did not have to worry about it going through the mail.
Image was stamped with black archival ink on white cardstock. I added lots of pretty pink papers, lace, ribbon, and two sizes of rhinestones.
Inside:
So sweet!! Hope you are having a lovely day!

Cowgirls - Vintage Style
Howdy,
Cowgirls on parade today! I made several versions of these cowgirl cards. I used two patterned cardstocks (which are sometimes hard to use). I just went with the pattern on the cardstock and layered with other papers. Really gives lots of movement without being crazy busy.
I actually had a Howdy stamp--awesome!!
Super fun. Will send to those who are cowgirls at heart. Hope you are having a super day!!

Butterfly Birthdays
Hello Everyone!
Back today with a few butterfly cards! I have been making lots of cards --over 100!! How crazy is that!! I have a nice stash now for every occasion. Except Christmas. Will have to get started on that now. Well, back to the topic at hand: Butterfly cards.
This card has a batik technique background.
This card features a beautiful decorative paper with a stamped, die cut butterfly.
Here, I added a 3-dimensional sticker to a striped paper.
Will be back in a few days with more butterflies. Have a great day!!

Quilt Collage
Hello Everyone!
I have something a little different today! I was going through my fabric stash and found some vintage quilt blocks a friend (Thanks Rebecca) had given me when cleaning out her mother's home. I thought the blocks were little works of art and should be treated as such. I have a few blank canvases in the closet as I have been using them for all kinds of craft/art projects lately. I pulled out the canvases and went to work. I used Fabric-Tac glue to attach the pieces to the canvas. And, here are the two pieces that resulted.
Some vintage linens were also added to the quilt blocks.
The art pieces can go on the wall or look great on an easel too. They were so fun to make too. What do you think??
So glad you stopped by!!
