Hello Dreamers!
Back with more floral cards today. This is another one of those "hey, I never used this stamp" moments. This flower and the background stamp had never been inked. I stamped and stamped in lots of different ink colors. I put all of the cards in my "to send" box. Sent out one so far. Just a nice cheerful card to send out to a friend or family member.
The flower and the background are stamped in the same ink to give a more unified look.
The other colors:
On the inside, a sweet sentiment:

Floral Cards in Five Colors
Hello All,
Still looking for a new home. Very stressful! I have had to put 90% of my supplies in storage! I was really going thru withdrawal. I had to go and get a few things out of storage. LOL Could not make it without a few stamps to work with. I really wish I had not packed up all of my ribbon. I only kept one shoe box full of ribbon out. And, you know how much I love ribbon!! Well, I hope we can find a new home soon. In the mean time......
Today, I want to share some pretty floral cards I made for my "to send" box. I always like to keep cards on hand to send out to friends and family. I have already sent out a couple of cards from this set.
This Penny Black stamp is stamped in different ink colors on white and cream CS. I added a little coloring with Distress markers. I selected CS and DP that coordinates with the ink colors. Just a little embellishing with ribbon and pearls. (I made these before I packed up all my ribbon and embellishments...)
Stamp a fun and uplifting sentiment for the inside. I think this one will bring a smile to the receiver.
Entering my cards in:
Love to Scrap: anything goes

Paper Girls Challenge - Guest Designing!
Hello Everyone,
Thanks for stopping by for my second post as Guest Designer on the Paper Girls Challenge Blog! The Girls have a super fun challenge theme for us!!
I decided to use denim colored felt and denim ribbon for my GD project. I put together some party favors with felt die cut flower embellishments.
Instructions:
Super cute little treat holders for any party or occasion. I would fill these with candy, nuts or even a small gift. The flowers could be reused too. I may even glue a jewelry pin on the back so the flower could be a little gift in itself.
See you next time!!

Grunge Butterfly with Carmen's Veranda Stamps
Hello Dreamers!
Has been a crazy week for me! My Mom fell and broke her arm last Sunday. We bought a new house and then backed out because the house inspection found lots of bad things. So now we are back to square one! Mom is doing pretty well and did not have to have surgery.
I squeezed in some time to create two projects using Carmen's Veranda Stamps. I used the same stamps on each project and changed the ink colors.
Project #1
Instructions:
Project #2
This version used chalk inks ink red tones and pink fabric for a totally different look. I tore the edges on this card. And tore the sheet out of the mixed media pad and did not trim off the edge.
Don't you just love this new CV background stamp??!! There is lots of potential with this stamp. Of course I got carried away and stamped about a zillion of them. LOL There is also a "White" version called Grunge White Swirl. --- I will have projects using the White version coming up.
Thanks for popping by and see you next time.

Vintage Medallion Cards
Hello Dreamers!
Lets get all vintagey today! I have two projects made from the same stamp set. I love how this set (Daydream Medallions from Stampin' Up) looks when all vintaged up.
I stamped the images with some older pigment ink pads that were a bit on the dry side ( I did not have reinkers for these pads.) I really like the soft look of the stamping. I just set the ink with a heat gun. And, used the ink pads to distress the edges.
The old pigment pads were also used on this card. I added a floral stem stamp from another stamp set - Vintage Vogue. The tag stamp is from My Sentiments Exactly.
I would use this card for a birthday or just an any occasion card.
Check back in a few days for lots of new challenges---
