******My projects for the Blog launch are two fun bookmarks using a stamp from Carmen's Veranda.

Materials:
Stamp: Wienermobile form Carmen's Veranda
Ink: Black dye
CS: red, brown, orange, yellow, and white
Ribbons and yarn
Fabri-Tac glue

Instructions:

  • Stamp the Wienermobile on white CS with black dye ink and cut out.
  • Add to three layers of cardstock.
  • Punch hole in end and add ribbons and yarn.
  • On the first bookmark, I braided the ribbon and held it together with a few dots of Fabri-Tac glue.

Who remembers the Wienermobile???    I actually just saw it the other day.  A local grocery store was having a grand opening event.  And there was the Wienermobile in the parking lot. And, I had just finished making these projects.  I thought it was fate that I use them for this post.  LOL   The wienermobile lives at a local museum ( The Henry Ford) so, I do get to see it now and then.  When I saw the stamp in the Carmen's Veranda catalog, I just had to have it!!  Too fun!!

****So, check out all the fun stamps and events!!  Hope to see your project on the new blog!!

Sweet Cards For Your Little Ones

Hello Dreamers,
Thought I would share a few cards I made for a card order.  The cards were to be suitable to send to children.  The cards are pretty cute....Take a look.

The first two cards are made with Baby Bud digis.  The ultimate in cuteness! They were colored with copic markers.

I put decorative paper in the printer so that I could paper piece this Baby Bud.

This owl digi was colored with Copics and cut out.  I added a tag from an Authentique paper pad.

Entering my Sweet Cards in the
Clear it Out Challenge: theme - green, stash - green things----I used several shades of green CS, and some mint green DP

See you this weekend for a blog launch event--Lost Coast Designs and Carmen's Veranda!!  Lots of events and prizes too!!  See you then. Love ya.

Alice in Wonderland Birthday Card

Hi Dreamers,
Today, let's go to Wonderland!  I made this cute First Birthday card using an Alice in Wonderland image from Lost Coast Designs.  I used a simple yet elegant color scheme of blue and white with black ink.  I really like this combo.
I added decorative papers that have a formal feel.

I made this for a friend whose granddaughter was having her first birthday party. The theme of the party was Alice in Wonderland ---  cute!
