Yo Chick

 Hello Everyone,
Today, I have a super cute chickee card.  The little chick was colored with watercolor markers and fussy cut. Pretty quick to make and sure to bring a smile.  Who could not smile at that cut chickee?

So glad you stopped by.  See you next time for more Halloween cards.

Vintage Chickens and Lamb

Hi Everyone!
Back with more of the vintage chicken projects.  I also made a cute vintage lamb.  I wanted all the projects to go together as they would be used as art to decorate my friends apartment.  See the other chickens here.
All projects are 4.50 x 6.25 inches.
This chicken was stamped in a dark rust ink. All edges were distressed with Vintage Photo distress ink.

This cute lamb was stamped with brown ink and colored with Copics.

This is a chicken from Stampin Up (retired).  I colored with Copics.

All of the pieces are currently displayed in my friends apartment.  She did a great job using the pieces.  Some are in frames on small shelves, and some on a hutch.  Lovely!!

See you next time with a Fathers day card --- with a camping theme.

Vintage Chickens

Hello Crafty Friends!
Chickens, chickens, chickens.  Don't we just love them?!  I made several projects using chicken stamps and giving them all a vintage - country feel.

The chickens (Mark's Finest) were stamped with red ink.  The edges of all the pieces were distressed with Vintage Photo distress ink.  I added lots of decorative paper layers.
Size: I made all of the projects in a single layer (not as a folded card).  They measure 4.5 x 6.25 which is a photo size.  The projects were made for a best friend. She wanted projects to frame and use for decorating her apartment.   The projects are all sized to fit into frames of that photo size.

The same chickens are used on the second project.  I used different papers.

This project uses a napkin with wax piece.  See all my other napkin cards here, and here

My friend was really pleased with the projects and has them displayed in her apartment.  So, that was a success.

See you next time for more vintage chickens!!
