I die cut a frame using a Sizzix die and layered with lots of papers from SEI and K &Company. The card base is made of Really Rust CS from Stampin' Up. I distressed each piece as I layered and then sprayed with Glimmer Mist. I added some lace, lots of pearls and a dreamy sentiment.
Materials:
Stamps: Bird - Memory Box; Sentiment - Inkadinkado
Inks: Chocolate Chip -SU; Stazon black; Vintage Photo- Ranger
Shimmer Mist

I followed the Sketch fairly closely, but used butterflies instead of a circle and moved the brads a bit.I sponged some blue ink on the white background of the sticker to unify the composition. The white looked to glaring. All the DP is from Crate Paper. I made the card from the same paper as it has a nice weight to it. I cut the frame with a Sizzix die. I colored the butterflies with Copic Markers. Added some ribbon, four yellow brads, and a metal bee charm.
Stamps: Butterfly - Stampin' Up, Happy Birthday- My Sentiments Exactly!
